A decent pair of leather fingerless gloves are part of my standard attire. Even with a vest and tie. In my day to day life, it's not unusual for me to get an errant scratch here and there, and the gloves help cut down on the worst of them. Plus they really set off my cufflinks.
As can safely be said, I am not the best example of men's fashion.
I've just always liked gloves. Preferrably the big, bulky, thick gloves that you wear for really cold weather.
This is pretty embarrassing, but whenever I put on thick gloves when I was a little kid, I would always bump my knuckles together, as if putting on the gloves automatically made me a badass.
Yes leather ones, i have few pairs, some thin some with fur, I wear them according to weather. I really like wearing gloves so I even wear them when it's just mildly cold.
I have a pair of gloves assembled from 3 different pairs that I wear. I have one that's solid black, another that's solid gray, and a third that is solid black but fingerless. So, to prevent looking like a complete idiot, I wear the black on one hand then put the gray with the black fingerless over it on the other. This way, I just have gray fingertips on one hand.
I wear an eight dollar pair of paintball gloves at just about all times. For the same reason as the OP; my hands get cold. But with me, it's because I'm a skinny person and have poor circulation.
We all wear fingerless gloves at work because there is no central heating and we just had a really cold winter. And I do tend to wear thin lacy fingerless gloves around the house, but that's because I'm a bit weird.
I have a pair of heavy leather gloves, 3 pairs of hockey gloves, but I only wear my warriors for my roller games, a pair of lightweight flight gloves, a pair of beat up paintball games, and a cheap pair of snow gloves. I wear glove a lot once it starts to get cold.
Yeah... Tight leather gloves, long-sleeved, grayish-colored shirt, cargo pants, dark shoes, and a syringe full of sedative. Perfect wardrobe for those times that you just need to chop someone up into little pieces.
I need to stop watching that show so much. It's turning me into a psychopath.
I wear black leather gloves when it gets cold out. I really like 'em. Partly because I've always wanted to be Darth Vader. At least, before the prequels came out.
I recently bought some leather gloves for my hands.
Well, minus the bottom bits, they're pretty much the same.
This is because the UK is considered the windiest country in Europe, my wee hands tend to get very cold due to the Arctic winds from the North.
And so I ask you, Do you wear gloves?
If so? What reasons do you have for wearing them?
You can of course post pictures of the gloves you have or similar gloves, or even gloves you might want to have. Just be considerate about people with poorer connections to the internet and spoiler tag them.
I love wearing gloves since my hands get cold very easily. When I'm inside school I just have a pair of fingerless knit gloves and when in winter I have a pair of fleece gloves. I like the fabric ones more because they're more flexible, though I would want a pair of leather gloves if they weren't so expensive.
