After seeing numerous references to Doc Who, I thought quite a lot of people must know who he is. But then I though, its an undiscussed topic. So heres some questions:

Who is you're favorite Person/Race
Do you have a favorite Doctor/Partner
And what's been your favorite story line?

Mine would be the Daleks, Christopher Eccleston, and The very last story line with the Daleks moving planets.

Not really a big fan of the new stuff. Older stuff was okay, but BBC is just milking it as much as they can now. Was the other Dr Who thread that long ago?

There was but we won't hold it against you.

I liked Christopher Eccleston too. The series with him as the doctor was the only one I really liked. My favourite storyline would be the one set in world war two, and all the people were getting gas masks stuck to their face (yeah, it makes little sense when I put it like that, just click this [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Empty_Child] to see what I mean), but I thought all of that season was great.

I didn't like the the latest season. I think David Tennant makes the doctor seem like a bit of a twat, and the BBC is just milking the series now. In the season finale, it was only about ten minutes of solid dalek fighting, before another forty minutes of the doctor hugging everyone he knew.

I loved the mind-blowing special effects from "Doctor Who and The Ark". The new stuff not so much.

Although the episode "Blink" was pretty good.

I just have a bit of trouble taking most of the enemies seriously. They often seem to be a bit childish or undeveloped.

Some, well a lot in the newer series, but there are still some good ones, albeit most are from the old series.

Christ, that'd freak people out.

Does anyone else feel like the Daleks are just being put in as a token offering to older fans?

I can only really talk about the newer ones, as I have never got around to watching the old series, so I'm not sure how they compare.

That's why I'm banned from having "Hey, who turned out the lights?" ;)
Lol that episode, was confusing, in that it had some really good bits, and some awful bits.

Admittedly maybe not awful bits, but bad bits. But I dunno, it was just sort of the general cheesyness of it.
