Poll: Does anyone else hate all the videos?

It seems like every article I click on on the internet is now a video, and I hate them! If it is a six minute video, I can usually read the story in two minutes. They have too long introductions, and credits that I never watch. There are exceptions, I always watch Yahtzee. If I want to watch videos, I go to youtube. I would much rather get my news in text. Am I alone?

Do you mean:

A: Videos on news articles
B: Videos on the Escapist
or
C: Videos in general?

Because I agree with A, disagree with B, and have no idea why anyone would agree with C.

I don't really mind since I just don't watch them.
It's not exactly something that gets my blood boiling, shrug and just read the articles my good man.

yup really pisses me off
hate seeing a link to what seems to be an interesting article only to discover it is a 20 minuet long video that is more filler than content

Some things I'd rather read, others I'd rather watch in a video. It's just a matter of content and circumstance, really.
