Looks kinda like Metro 2033 to me, if it was less snowy.
I dunno, not enough to judge it on yet.

Have you seen the McDonald's sign over there? XD I think it looks like idTech 5. And the last pictures are very id in style.

I say they're real, or at the very least scenes made using id's asset library and idtech 5. Reason being, the foliage is identical to that of RAGE and the ground detail/texture compression resembles megatexture work. I laid down foliage/megatexture detail on Rage every day for half a year, so I'm fairly acquainted with it.

By the way, I just noticed that in the building next to the McDonald's there's a billboard that says Doom and shows a Hell Knight. Possibly it's an indication that it''s fake or an early build because I don't think they would include such a thing in-game.

Yes, and it also shows some low-res textures here and there that were so common in Rage...

It's pretty easy to spot. Same vignetting in post-processing in some of those shots, as well.
