Poll: Dungeons and Dragons question

I DM a group that currently uses 3.5. I prefer 4.0 because of its streamlined nature and accessibility, which makes introducing people really nice. However, one of my players is incredible against 4, so we're forced to use 3.5 to accommodate him.
