Most DVDs on their menu screens seem to have special features there, in my opinion, to give you another option besides "play" and "scene selection". Sometimes, the special features have their very own disc(!), such is the supposed magnificence of the content lurking within.

Wherever said special features are found, my question to you is this: Do you watch them?

Depends. If I love the film/TV show so much that I want to see every moment of it (or particularly like an actor) then yes. But I have to really care about something to bother.

Usually. Not the first time I get the DVD/Blu-Ray, but I'll watch later on, when I'm bored.

I'm not really interested in "making of" features or stuff like that. Like when I got the Fallout 3 Collectors Edition, I didn't bother sitting through the whole Blu-Ray. I prefer it when the special features are more unique. For example a Spongbob Squarepants DVD included an option to have a prompt appear at certain times of an episode and when selected, it showed a clip of one or more of the characters rehearsing lines or discussing their characters. It was a lot more interesting to watch than most "standard" SF's. Studios and such should take a cue from this and put in more entertaining extras instead of bland "This is how we rendered the fruit bowl." stuff.

Depends on the movie. If it's commentary, or a thing like in Clerks X, where you get to watch them watching the movie and doing the commentary, then I watch it.
