its true, it is rarely cheaper except when there is a sale on. Simple solution: wait for a sale then fill you boots. its what I do.

It's pretty simple. Valve games on Steam are great, because they control everything so they make sure it works. Non-Valve games suck, because the extent of Steam support is quoting the part of the EULA that says there are no refunds and they're not responsible for anything not working. Screw that!
