Without emotions I would be able to get those pancakes with the smily face on them at IHOP. that and Mr. Blue Sky by ELO (the happiest song on the planet) wouldnt exist; that or it would be Mr. bland Sky.

I would like the power to turn other people's emotions OFF. Imagine you're in a row with the parents and you want them to suddenly lack the ability to emote their ridiculous anger.
