Hungry. That way I can pretend I am some sort of soul eating demon thing.
I am assuming this will bypass the whole thing where I kind of do not get hungry ever under any circumstances.

Practically, I would choose hunger because it is a big part of your day and money wasted. But when you are starving, your stomach can collapse and stuff...so you would be in a lot of pain. I chose thirst because it is less painful, and I would never have to urinate.

I'm a musician, and endless thirst means dry mouth, dry mouth tends to lead to cracked lips. Yeah that sounds way fun to be playing with.

Give me hunger; I don't eat a lot anyway.

Hunger, for whatever reason I do not feel hunger the way most folks do. If I'm not careful I'll just forget to eat for a day or two, then wonder why I feel weak and crappy.

Eh.. I'd choose unquenchable thirst. The endless hunger choice reminds me of prader-willi syndrome and that's just terrifying.
What's prader-willi syndrome? I looked at it on wikipedia but it doesn't seem that bad?

OP: Probably hunger. It would save a lot of money, and I think I'd get used to the pain eventually.

cant stand being thirsty...so ill go with hunger.

seriously; im fairly certain i already have unquenchable thirst, and its horrible. i swear i go through a gallon of milk a day. its maddening. i was immediately turned off to smoking for the sole reason of giving me a dry mouth.

Hunger. I'm somewhat ashamed to admit it, but having had an eating disorder, I still get a kick out of that sensation.
Completely unrelated, but you shouldn't feel ashamed. That would be like some one being ashamed of being diabetic. It's a disorder, seek professional help, there's nothing fundamentally wrong with you as a person.

Feeling thirsty is way worse than being hungry. I'll take humgry thanks, I'm used to it anyway cuz I don't eat as much as I should.

I meant to vote for "hungry," but my finger slipped. Either way, the feeling of water hitting your lips and throat is one of the greatest of all time. Plus i like drinks more than foods.

Hunger. I've gone on fasts and eventually you stop feeling it. Sure you suffer the effects of malnutrition, but hunger pangs go away. So I'll take that.

Hunger.
I've gone over ten days without food once, and it wasn't that bad. I never felt that hungry or were in pain. When I started eating again on the other hand... damn my guts hurt!

I'd go with the hunger. I tried waking up once, drinking, and I kid you not, 4 liters of water (over a 30 minute period) because I had this weird feeling that I no matter how much I drank, my body still craved it.

Damn that was uncomfortable.

I'd opt for thirsty, I guess. Water is a lot more easy to come by than food.
