right.....this hasn't gone off topic at all
and its done so in a good way - n e way guys I find running is more to do with starting with a small distance e.g. a mile for a week, then make it 1.5 miles or 2 miles if u feel adventurous and do that for a week and cut back on the distance if u struggle too much and then repeat and ever slowly increasing the ditsance (it would be glorious if abbs just built themselves then i could game all day
