On here, a warning for thread derailing in about November which I kinda agreed with at the time and still do and an April Fools banning, which was actually pretty funny, watching some of the users here wonder what the hell was going on as all the people listed here [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/view/April-Fool-s-10-Kuliani-s-Wrath] were banned for within a few minutes of each other.

Once for Low content, and also for saying bad things about Paris Hilton... I guess I was kind of out of order. My hopes of getting a Neo were slashed.

Once, in a manner of speaking. Was accidentally banned after server maintenance. That is the only time.
The mods can be rather Draconian. Combine that with typical passive aggressive behaviour and it gets annoying quick. But you kinda have to be with forum posters. Still don't like them though.

I was given a two week suspension for my 4979[sup]th[/sup] post [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/6.165843-235-The-Guitar-Hero-Effect#4429461]. It was requested by myself as I had some exams going on at that point and wanted to force some time off of this site for them. Was a pain in the ass getting Neo afterwards, though; the mods forgot to delete the suspension after I went through the two weeks and neither they nor myself realised until I got 5000 posts and asked them if I had any other mod wrath that I couldn't remember. But that's kind of understandable after two weeks of no communication whatsoever and then almost a whole month before I got 5000 posts.
Got warnings before, once for posting in a troll thread (I had a really funny response and I couldn't resist) once for low content (thank you), and once for accidentally making five threads at once. First time I've ever had a multi thread, and there were fucking five of 'em. Put me off thread making for weeks.

Well, I can't count the time the servers went all Skynet and banned everyone. I've had one of my first threads locked(in retrospect, I shouldn't have made that thread in the first place), but I don't know if that counts. Other than that, not a single warning, probation, or suspension.
