Poll: Ever get blue bullets?

Allow me to define this term to avoid confusion. Blue bullets occurs when you are just one kill away from filling a contract (Black Ops.), getting an achievement, or earning a killstreak and you can't find anyone to kill. Sometimes it can take minutes later before you get that final kill. I've found this happens more often in multiplayer, but I'd like your input and stories.

All the time in Black Ops Wager matches. I'll completely rock the first half of the match, but inevitably I'll start choking and be hard pressed to finish up. Sticks and Stones is particularly bad. I'll be fine up until the first time I get bankrupted, then its a hard uphill fight just to place in the top 3. Same with Gun Game. I've a bad habit of getting stuck on certain guns, while other guys just blow right past me.

It doesn't help that all of the wager matches have a huge element of luck involved, but still. Its maddening.
