The one doing the salute. I laugh my ass off every time I see his face...and the mustache.
Yea, he looks pretty funny. IF he had the hat on, I cry of laughter.
I was not aware that level of honesty existed when he could have just said "screw off".chromewarriorXIII said:I've only ordered a couple of things online. The first was a PS1 which I got because the Slim PS2 apparently has a piece in it that dies after a while, causing it to become incapable of playing PS1 games. I got the console which unfortunately didn't come with any cords. Sent the seller an email and he sent them over in the next couple days.
Torrents are your friend You guys have some tough customs laws over there?SpiritCorsair said:Ah, yes, I remember fondly the first thing I ever bought off the internet:
A Papa John's pizza. Just clicked around, typed in the order and address, and 25 minutes later or so, a car pulled up, and I got the door, wrote the check, said thanks, was web-surfing with tomato sauce and cheese.
I'd be happier if the web did more Cash On Delivery stuff. Ah well.
Being in China, it's a bit expensive to order stuff from the West that can't be downloaded. Getting through customs is a headache, too.
I live in Southeastern Canada and the hat is coming from somewhere in the States. Just ordered it a few hours ago, how long do you think it will take to get here?Alex the Pally said:Mostly various toys (Gundam, G.I. Joes, Halo, etc.), computer parts, and occasionally a case of Brawndo, as well as t-shirts and various other bits and bobs that I'll never really need. Like that USB rocket launcher.
Paypal
Depends on where it's coming from; imported stuff takes a few weeks, domestic takes a few days.
Probably a couple weeks.Akai Shizuku said:I live in Southeastern Canada and the hat is coming from somewhere in the States. You gave the shipper a phone number to contact you, right?
Otherwise it will be stopped at the border, guaranteed.
Nah, it's just required by law to have a contact number in case something goes wrong.Akai Shizuku said:Yes...yes I did. 99% nothing will happen, but there is a slight chance that your package will be stopped for some reason, and they'll have to contact you to clear anything up. It happened to me when my buddy and I ordered a few cases of Bawls to 'distribute' at our fundraising events for our anti-social club - Guarana isn't recognized by the Canadian Food Board, and thus can't be sold as food in Cananda. But it can technically be consumed, thought it took a little effort.
We just had to say that it was not going to be sold, and that we were aware that the Canadian Food Board doesn't officially approve.Akai Shizuku said:What did you have to do, if you don't mind me asking?Finnboghi said:Nah, it's just required by law to have a contact number in case something goes wrong.Akai Shizuku said:Yes...yes I did. I've ordered pizza man.
Good thing then. Should be okay as long as my hat's not being shipped by Nazis.Finnboghi said:We just had to say that it was not going to be sold, and that we were aware that the Canadian Food Board doesn't officially approve.Akai Shizuku said:What did you have to do, if you don't mind me asking?Finnboghi said:Nah, it's just required by law to have a contact number in case something goes wrong.Akai Shizuku said:Yes...yes I did. For a hat, the only problem would be if there was something wrong with the info given.
