Poll: Ever thrown a controller

No because i don't like motion gaming and never get that angry or frustrated, its pointless and you make stupid decisions and end up with a broken controller

I tend to throw them at the back of the couch or a pillow, then I pick up the nearest object that I could give a shit about and throw it

I however have thrown several controllers in my time. It only happens though when whatever I'm doing basically induces blind rage. Controllers are expensive after all.

Not at all, not a controller anyway...I've stomped my feet in frustration(and messed up a disc) and tossed(and broke) my headset in anger before though

I threw an Xbox controller out the window into the pool after I learned that I couldn't get all the bobble heads in fallout 3 because I didn't grab the one in raven rock before it blew up...

I answered "I dropped one", but it's more like "I dropped several Dualshock 1-3. Several times". Some times because of clumsy shenanigans, others because of sheer ham-handedness.

I have been known to Almost throw my controllers, though at the moment my controller is also my laptop so I tend to not even think about it at the moment.

If something pisses me off so much I feel the need to hurl it around the room, I should probably roll a ciggarette before I do anything any real harm!

I punched my mouse so it skidded across my desk a couple of times. And i've threwn my PS3 controller onto the bed once or twice, i don't want to smash it though. Feels kind of fragile.

I decided to throw my controller once... Worst mistake ever. It hit the couch bounced back and hit me in the face. I haven't thrown another controller since then.

I've never thrown a controller, and if I get really angry at a game I hit myself with the controller. I'm soft and the pain tells me not to do that again.

Mmmm, not really thrown, more like slapped really hard against my thigh (hurts myself too), mice on the other hand, smacked on the mousepad. I really do worry myself sometimes that I will break my mouse, so that's why I bought spare mice, MX815's are my favourite.

Yeah, i've thrown a controller- but an old, sturdy, NES controller. Basically anything after the N64 generation busts if you so much as lightly cough at it.

Never out of frustration. Once in dead space due to "ZOMG WTF MONSTER" shock, and once in pure joy/suprise when I beat Galactus. Didn't know I could block his attacks, I had lots of trouble. Beat him, squealed like a little girl and tossed it into the air with joy.

One time when I was playing GH3, I threw my GH2 Xplorer controller after losing the battle to Lou on expert for like the 50th time in a row. It survived, and still works, to this very day, and I've had that controller for more than 4 years now.

tekken tag tournament, super hard difficulty, versing the final arcade opponent (unknown) and i could not beat that whore, i think i went through three very cheap third party PS2 controllers by the time i beat it.

on a brighter note, i slept victorious that night.

Oh yeah. My gamer rage cost me at least 3 PS2 controllers. Although I can personally attest to the durability of the Gamecube controller. I smashed one on a cement floor like 3 times and it still works.
