Turns out you are special and have your own opinions about many things. You also have a set of things that you like and dislike about games. Be a strong person do some research look for a demo. What we think should make very little difference in what you choose to do. (In the end yes its cheap.)

its a fun game but i never got past the half way point because you have to forulate an evil plan but it wont let me for sun reason

its well worth the 5 euros as its not often you get to dip a james bond lookalike in a chemical vat

but one word about it you have no direct control over your minions its not like thay think for them selfs but thay react to the enviroment if you build a control room and use a time clock to set a high priority on the room thay will go to work and if thay get ill thay go to the doctor and so on but someimes its like hiting your head aginst a brick wall

It's fun for a few days. Then you'll grow tired of it :p
Stuff like traps not functioning, minions running into them while trying to carry bodybags of enemies, poor AI etc. It kinda puts you off.
Trying to design proper traps to foul any attempts of infiltration, then only for the traps to backfire and blow up half your corridor + your minions.

It's a decent game, but it could use alot of polishing before it was released, in my opinion.

Yes, it's great, you get to take over the world. It also contains lots of evil humour like
Combining pamplona bulls with steroids, beating baby seals to death while there is an a news broadcast filming a protest against it and neutering the male panda which has been keeping the panda's from extincition on his own.

EDIT: Also, I'm going to play it right now.

If you have the time to spend, I'd say yes. Is a hilarous and awesome game. Though the 'good guys' do get on my nerves alot...

yeah, is that halfway thing because you need to get information? I sugest yuo get a wlakthrough for that part, its not possible otherwise. I finnished it with cheats, the money thing pissed me off too much. h well, fun to base build.
thing is iv used guides the parts on the island are easy on the world map its stupidly hard as the game never tells you when agents show up untill that kill all your men

Hm... nope. But that is just my opinion.

I bought it when it came out, but while the idea and style is awesome, the game is just... dull after a while. You have no real freedom, the super-spies are just annoying and some ideas are just half-baked and unbalanced.

Well.. the game is good enough for a hour or two, but not as good as it could have been.

I recommend it. Its is funny and a good challenge. It has replay value, and no 2 games will be the same. You can play it at your own pace, and the missions are interesting.

It's worth the 5 euros... I spent $6 at GOG for it and played it for several rather lengthy sessions this summer and had fun. It gets a bit repetitious after a while but less so than a lot of games with crafting or xp grinding.

And I put the soundtrack on my Zune for enduring rush-hour traffic...

Yes.

Simple reason 1: It's fun
Simple reason 2: Deathtraps are super fun.
Simple reason 3: Gloating is part of the game.

Complex reason 1: It's cheap on Steam, you'll have lots of fun purely with the base design and it really does have the hollowed out volcano you asked for.
