The Sims was great once but now EA has split it up into multiple expansions which you have to all buy to get the full game. There's no denying that The Sims 3 is a good game, but as the Gears games have gotten better over the years and the Sims games have slowly degraded, you can't deny how the tables have turned over the years.Radelaide said:

My original post was slightly sarcastic, and I own The Sims 2 + 3 and can accept them with both ther good and bad points. Who's to say that a sci-fi game is better than a simulation game or vice versa? We both have to be willing to accept each of the games on their own good and bad points. I've been playing The Sims since the first game (back when you had an awesome servant robot) and I've seen how both series' have developed and what they've now become. Can you say the same so you can fairly judge both games, with all their flaws and differences?
