Say you need to get from one city to another. The distance is very large and the weather/terrain is the kind you hate the most, yet tolerable. You have a choice to either walk there or take some form of transport. However, for some reason you walk twice as fast as this transport method and you don't have any means of entertainment. Which would prefer, a tedious walk in half the time or a boring ride that takes twice as long? Keep in mind that once you choose you can't change your mind, no getting out of the transport at anytime or getting in when you get tired.

Poll broke sorry :(

I'd walk.

I like to walk places as it allows me to just think about things while doing so and exercice is fun.

I dislike public transport (About 60% of the time when I rely on other people, they let me down...) and don't really have the attention span for driving.

Yeah... I would probably walk..

Sitting still without any form of enterrainment made this dilemma kinda heavy on the walking side of the matter..

I tend to walk quite a lot. So I would obviously choose walking, especially if it would take half the time. I don't really like dragging out a journey anymore than is necessary.

I'd walk, I could use the exercise and I could get a lot of gorgeous pictures along the way. Heck, if I had the money and time to do such a thing, I WOULD walk from one city to another. It would be a great experience, I think. The only thing that might stop me is creepers. There are some bad people out there these days :-(

It all depends where you are at. If it is some place you are familiar with, I would drive. If it was a new place or the traffic is a pain, I would walk.

I'd take transportation, provided that there's enough room to sleep my way through it.
