I do, mostly for keeping up with people I've lost contact with and because it seems to be the only way to keep up with parties and socials as well, as all of my friends seem to be addicted to using it.

I have one. Waste of time.
Good for giving information about a party or event to a large group of people, but that's it really.

i don't see the point, what evers wrong with phone or human contact?

Telephones are evil. Seriously, I'd rather recieve snail mail than a telephone call. I mean, texting is fine but calls should only be used if there's an emergency.

I talk to people I actually like on the phone or face-to-face already, there's no need to add a new way otherwise I would probably get sick of them.....

'Fraid not, OP. I'm in the same situation as yourself. All of my friends have an account and think I should get one, but I see no point in it.

I use facebook for chatting to mah' friends and twitter for talking to people from the escapist.

I used to be very anti social-networking, but really, don't knock it until you try it.

Yep. I barely use any apps, though. I usually just use it to coordinate plans or say a quick hello if I haven't seen someone in a while.

I like Facebook. I love the ammount of people who are convinced that they are cool because they don't have one, it makes me laugh.
