Poll: Fallout 3: Which DLC should I get?

I HAVE ALREADY GOTTEN BROKEN STEEL, SO DON'T COMPLAIN THAT IT'S NOT AN OPTION.

I only have 840 Microsoft points left, enough for one pack.

Which one should I settle for?

The Pitt is pretty cool, Operation: Anchorage is a good change of pace, I'm gonna do Point Lookout in a short bit but it looks appealing, and Mothership Zeta looks Bat Outta Awesome.

I have all of them and if you're only getting one I say get Point lookout, it's the biggest by far, has a pretty big landscape for you to explore, and lots of quests, weapons and new enemies.

Operation Anchorage is good fun but pretty short, easily done in two hours if you don't mess around... the rewards are pretty sweet though.

I haven't actually got around to doing the others yet, but take that for what it's worth.
