Hm... I don't recall this quest at all, was it DLC? Anyway, I'm sure I'd have given the power to the people, I don't need space radiation doing my killing for me. Or the other kind, which is why I never used mini-nukes or even guns when it wasn't necessary. Ever taken out a pack of radscorpians with your bare hands? (and about 50 unarmed skill?)
