An end to todays (well, Pacific time anyways) Trilogy.

What is your favorite condiment? and why? and where do you use it?

You may be wondering why wasabi is in with mustard instead of hot-sauce... It's because wasabi heat is more akin to a hot mustard than a capsaicin heat.

Edit: I put BBQ under hot sauce... although it is tomato based. Should it be moved?

As a general rule. If that is not sufficient how about the one whose flavour you like best? failing that how about the one you use most?

Ketchup. It must be Heinz ketchup. Everything else pales in comparison.

It just goes so well with everything!
Amen to that.

I hate pretty much any condiment compared to ketchup. But whenever I am stuck away from home, without access to Heinz, I start to dislike even ketchup.

Tobasco sauce, or Barbecue sauce.
I put one of those on nearly everything I eat.

Frank's Red Hot.

I don't think much more could be said about how delicious it is, and it goes on EVERYTHING. I once tried it on some ice cream and it was great

Salsa. But not just any salsa, a salsa that makes you tear up everytime it touches your tongue. Salsa like that I will often eat in abundance.

Usually depends on what I'm eating, but usually I'll go with Smokey BBQ sauce for chips, pies, burgers etc.

Ketchup is amazing- I use it on just about everything! But for sheer yummy factor I gotta go with maple syrup.

Nothing beats a tall stack of pancakes smothered in maple syrup with fresh fruit on top. Damn you empty refrigerator!

Mayonnaise. Chips ('fries' to you yanks), burgers, pizza...it goes with everything.

My life ambition is to try Baconnaise.
