Oh man, I got that album for my christmas last year. It's great and so is the GTA IV theme.

GTAIV, Although I think they all have the same themes. Gang life doesn't pay in the end.

Uhm, I do believe he was referring to the music.

Now I am hard pressed here because GTA III, Vice City and IV are all almost equally awesome. However in the end I ended up siding with III.
