I'm going with the Nanosuit. I always found the whole tendon-like muscular design interesting, and it feels so goddamned kickass when you sneak up behind some unsuspecting idiot, do a stealth kill, go into armor mode, rip a stationary heavy machine gun off its hinges, and go forward spraying death like a man!

Hope Escapist doesn't eat my poll...

Edit: Aaaand it's eaten.

Power Suit by far. Not only does it have an infinite supply of ammo for a modular weapon, but it's the only one that lets you kill any enemy in one hit with a giant spinning electric energy ball of death just by jumping. Then there's the speed booster, morph ball, even the grapple beam, and the suit power ups can withstand intense heat and pressure and move freely in water.

Hmmm... As a Space Marine in power armour, you could simply take any of the other powersuit-wearers, and fold them into a tiny cube of garbage, simply with your armoured hands, you need nothing more. And chances are good that they wouldn't have a weapon that is able to pierce the ceramite of your armour.
I think my choice is pretty obvious.

A suit that big significantly reduces mobility and makes you a great target for anti-tank weaponry. Even if the actual armor wouldn't be penetrated then expect to be killed by spall.

And even if somehow a Javelin wouldn't kill you then a hit from a APFSDS, even if it still wouldn't penetrate, would exert 50000 newtons. You'd certainly lose consciousness and probably die of severe brain trauma.

The guns on today's battlefield are big. It's always easier to build a bigger gun than to protect against it. The best way to avoid getting killed is to avoid getting shot.

Asymmetric warfare favors high mobility and tactical maneuvering. Those qualities (among other things) led to the defeat of the Red Army in Afghanistan and owing to them the Mujahideen are still presenting a formidable threat to the coalition forces today.

That's why the nanosuit 2 wins. No contest.

Well, if we look at it from a (semi-)realistic perspective, you're probably right.

But to be honest, my point didn't come from that direction, it's rather based on the background informations provided by Warhammer 40k [http://warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Power_Armour].
(I took things like "The power armour is for a Space Marine like a second skin" for granted here. This, for example, would trash the claim that it reduces mobility)

So, the question of who the "winner" is depending on the things you take into consideration.

Semi-realism or appropriate lore?
The former: Most likely the Nanosuit 2
The latter: Most likely the Space Marine power armour

I'd put it between the nanosuit and N7 armour. The nanosuit definitely wins in versatility and overall practicality, but the N7 armour is just damn sexy, as well as probably being the 2nd or 3rd most practical armour.

EDIT: In a mash between those two qualifiers, I'd probably choose power suit. Really powerful, mobile, and versatile, as well as looking badass, especially with the Varia and later versions (read my lips: Phazon suit.)

Like the Spartan Armor, looks damn good, but you also have to appreciate the sinister-ness of the 51b. I'm just disappointed that the Stormtrooper armor is not here
