I play as the spy pretty much exclusively. I do occasional play as a sniper and I do feel I have a stronger bond to that character, but the spy is much more fun to play as. I am playing a stealth game within an FPS, everyone else is running and gunning while I'm sitting in a corner waiting for the perfect time to strike.

Medic. There's so few of us I never feel like I'm unnecessary.

However, I do feel a bit unappreciated; I tend to end up on servers where everyone begs for healing but refuses to protect the only guy keeping them alive, only concerned for their kill-count (BEING ALIVE LETS YOU KILL MORE!). Just as bad, the scouts that steal the teleporter, meaning I've got to wait for ages to get to the front line where I'm needed.

This isn't everyone, obviously. I have met some really nice people that know how to respect Herr Doktor, and when you find the right team-mate, my kill assists shoot me up to near the top of the scoreboard.

People, treat your medics right. We're a scarce resource.

And scouts; don't scream medic and run/double jump away from us before we have a chance to turn around. We don't like you.

Heavy is fun. Nom-ing the sandvich always makes me smile.

At the moment, i'm enjoying scout. Using the atomic punch to dash through a defence making people chase. If they do..they get a baseball to the face xD

Although I play almost every class equally, my favorites are Engie and Spy
main reason why I don't feel too bad when either one gets me :p

Heavy is my bread and butter. I like playing the other classes, though I really suck at Spy, but when things get hairy, I always hall back to the Heavy.

Sniper.

Why? Damage = Your health + 1, that's why.

I love the sound they make when their brains exit their head,

I'm your sniper mate! Nothing like putting bullets into some wanker's head. Did I mention the overcharge? Packs a hell of a punch it does!

:p (imagine the aussie accent)

No demo-option makes me want to blow stuff up...
Seriously, Demoman is one of the most important classes, how could you not include them?!

Sniper. I sacrificed all my headgears to make a nice headgear for him (Ricky's Fixation was boring...). And lately I've been pew pewing people right and left.

Also, scout, vanilla. I'll gladly craft something from my weapons as soon as I get enough of them and make salvage parts.

scout because he feels like the most underpowered class (unless he has force of nature) and there is nothing funner than getting 15 baseball bat kills in a row on turbine.
You are so, so wrong about everything you've just said.

A toss up between scout and spy, they're both extremely satisfying once I get into the swing of things. I'm a pretty dependable soldier though, a while back I played him so much I'd be hittin' airshots about 90% of the time...

Scouts and demos are the strongest classes in the game, anyone who plays competitively knows that.

Engineers. Nothing like spy checking and ripping them stupid scouts apart. I swear, I was once in the intel room of 2Fort (The best map in gaming history IMO) and a moron scout thought he could use the Bonk atomic punch and steal the briefcase. The moment he ran in juiced up my turret opened fire. He ran in circles trying to capture the briefcase, freaking out to the sound of the sound of my sentry's guns. He finally accepted his death and ran into the wall, waiting for it to wear off. Ahhhh... good times.

When I get myself back onto a proper TF2 game (read: on the PC), you'll find me playing Sniper more often than not.
