We all like to play games here (at least, I would hope that we do o-O), and to peak our interests, game developers usually include some kind of bonus section for us to view or fill. These include many things, from galleries, to unlockable menus, to all sorts of things. So what is your favourite of all these things? =]
I'm going to go and give examples of the choices, or you can list your own if it's not on the list.

Glossaries can be anything from a codex to a bestiary. These usually contain helpful information or just general information on an item, an enemy, a character, etc. Most games usually have you try and fill up your own, but it's alway fun to go back and look at the characters you have fought or seen, or just to read up every once and a while.
Galleries will just be areas full of character or game art. Usually these will be either pictures or concept art of characters, or they might even be background or CG background images. Even more fun are the unlockable pictures, such as finally completing a hard task with your fav character and getting an awesome CG image of them kicking ass.
Behind the Scenes sections will usually contain either "Making of.." videos or concept material. If the game has a long development process, the developers will usually include a section like this in to let you see what they had to go through. From going through the creation of the character to the making of the levels and item, these videos are a really neat viewing of the dev process.
Model Viewers are exactly as they sound. They let you get a 360 3D view of the game's character models, and usually include an ability to play animations or sound effects/voice. These sections are neat, just so that you can see every last inch of detail put into some of the models, or even using the voice player to bug friends or make videos with.
Other can be a great many things. It can be a collectible trophy area, which is a mix of the viewer and glossary, an unlockable menu or checklist that lets you see what you have so far, or have to do to get something you want, but they always bring something enjoyable to the experience.

So again, with that all being said, what is your favourite in-game extra and why??
