I like Mean Scrubs. He teaches Scrubs and has funny conversations with Black Scrubs and Blond Scrubs.
I also enjoy it when Mean Scrubs talks to Old Scrubs. Old Scrubs is so mean and old, but Mean Scrubs is nice at heart even though he's mean to Scrubs and Blond Scrubs.

It's a close call between him, cox and janitor but he wins due to the sheer indifference he shows everyone. He's like: i'm old, and the boss of this place. I'm going to do whatever the fuck i want.
He's also the only person to tell a 4-year old that their shirt is gay and feeling satisfied with it. And that my friends, is a mindset we all should strive for.

Janitor, by far. When I had regular access to the TV, I would watch that show at every chance. I always loved the Janitor's scenes.
I notice that the leading candidate is Dr. Cox. This I can understand, because he is a great character. Trouble is, I felt like the character (angry guy) got predictable, to not use a more harsh phrase like "old" or "played out". He was always a good character. But the Janitor was always unpredictable. That is, you could always predict something strange, but not what it was that would be strange. He was a perfect character for general weirdness. I like general weirdness. It brings new life into pretty much anything.

I chose other. J.D.'s bro, Dan. Such a great character. But then perhaps I'm just determined not to go with the big two of Dr. Cox and The Janitor. I also was really moved when Mrs.... holy crapballs, I forget her name... the patient the incompetnet intern that later works at the coffee shop kills.... Anyways, her. I know she was only really a 'device' character driving a storyline but God it really got to me when that happened.
