So ive just read another CAD comic and realised just how jealous i am of ethan, i mean he owns a game shop lives with a gamer and dates a gamer, A FEMALE GAMER! i want all three of these things and have never managed to achieve any, and i was just wondering if anyone else out there has anything similar, jealousy toward a fictional character of any sort.

I would very much like to live in space and maybe even have alien companions to shoot the shit with.

In that sense, I am kind of jealous of many video game characters that get to do this. Obviously I'm not jealous of those poor saps on the USG Ishimura.

Well I read a fair amount of Fantasy books, and I was always a bit jealous of Drizzt Do'Urden and his amazing athletic prowess.

Harry Potter... He's not only a wizard, he's BORN the best wizard in a long time. I remember anticipating my own letter from Hogwarts, because I was convinced I was going to be like Harry Potter. By the time I was actually 12, I knew it wouldn't happen, but I was still a bit dissapointed that I didn't get a letter.

I am jealous of those little brats on Harry Potter, it would be awesome to go to Hogwarts, or being Captian Kirk would be awesome too.

Well not so much these days but when I was young I used to be really jealous of the digimon/pokemon characters because they were part of the coolest world ever. I mean seriously, I still think it would be awesome to live in a world with pokemon.

I used to be jealous of everyone with super powers or who was a witch.

I was convinced that when I hit 16 I would develop mutant powers or become a wizard. That dream has about 2 weeks left in it before it will die as I turn 17.

I at one point wanted to stab Kagome from InuYasha...now don't get me wrong, I still wanna stab the useless *****, but the reasoning has changed...

A part of me also wants to hit Max from Maximum Ride, but for a different reason altogether...

I would be jealous of the Hetalia characters...but they're too cool to be jealous of...yeah, except Feliks...stupid Polish cross-dressing valley girl...

Call me a sad and pathetic person, but when I was growing up reading Harry Potter and sharing the books with my twin brother I thought being twins was gonna be like being Fred and George and we'd team up and start a magical enterprise together . . .

Of course that never happened because as we grew older we ended up defying every twin trope in existence and doing completely different creative work to each other's interests . . .

Excuse me while I dust my Mario and Luigi Memorial . . .

*sobs* WHY . . . WHY couldn't I be a magical Hogwarts twin? *sobs*
