Well, with my disc(s) randomly i try to load my save file and it says "file is ruined" how many people have fell victim to this?

I did so many times that i just gave up. then i started back up again and got off great, made it all the way to disc 2 on top of that freezing cliff, then........... of course....... "FILE IS RUINED" WTF?!?!?! GRRRRAAAAGHHH!!!!!!! I NEVER CHEATED OR ANYTHING!!!

Has this happened to you and were you able to fix it? If so, tell your story

Sounds like the data on your disc is degrading (EDIT: maybe). If I knew how to fix it, I'd help, but I can't offer any advice.

As for my story, it happened with a copy of Zoo Tycoon DS. It worked fine for a while, but then it would just freeze after five minutes of gameplay. Not the best example, but needless to say I've since retired it.

I have many things better to do and FFVII was the last thing on my mind.

I came here to help. You have insulted me by telling me what I must have been thinking.

Your memory card is bad. Get a new one, start your game over, it's gone.

Uh.......you don't make much sense, now do you?

OT: Yeah on GTA, but to be fair I used ALOT of the cheats. (They're fun, okay? :D)

Wrong. I have really old memory cards that work fine. It's a momentary glitch.
