Ah, can we shamelessly generalize people based on their appearance and lambaste others because of their personal preferences? Good!
My preferences (for both men and women):
Europe: Maybe personal bias, but I'm very happy with how people look there.
North America: Seems painfully average to me (not bad, mind you!), must be because of the media dominance or being an immigrant country?
South America: Good, just good.
Asia: Very dependent on the region we're talking about, but taking the average, I'm a fan.
Australia: see North America
Africa: Too little information for me to make any judgement.
Antarctica: Too frigid.
All in all, I'm happy with the way people around the world look
I'll go with Europe on average, but it has highs and lows, depending on the country you're in. From my personal experience of Europe:
Germany: very good. No seriously, I really like Germans
France: women acceptable, men terrible. Is it just me or do French men between 15 and 30 all look the exact same?
Spain: good
Italy: good
Sweden: I don't know why, but not really my taste
United Kingdom: oh God, hell no. There are some huge exceptions, but I've been all over the UK and almost the only people I found good looking were tourists.
Belgium: great
The Netherlands: very good (personal bias, much?)
Czech Republic: good
Austria: ok
Poland: ehhh...
