So what do you think of flash games?

Flash games are games developed using the programme flash. Most of them are amateur and free, yeah.

In college I play a lot of flash games, passes the boredom of lectures. Some can be really fun!

I think they are a great way to spend a Lazy Afternoon, I spend a lot of time with flash games if I have nothing else on my list of chores. I particulary like the Adventure flash games, they are the best time sinks, and are always good for a laugh at the cheesy story lines.

I've played far too many cheapo-depot flash games online and they've wasted countless hours of days when I've been bored. I've never played them at work, though - I like to at least maintain the illusion of mainstream decency in my goofing off and have thus limited myself to ESPN.com and newspapers when wasting company time.

Flash and Freeware games are where it's at! It's always fun to play a game before some big-name developer comes along and rips it off. Plus, many of them are amazing! Has anyone played 'Closure' on NewGrounds yet? That game is more enthralling and puzzling than anything that's been released on consoles as of late, and I had a lot of fun with the Art of Theft.

I would say the best part is knowing that you didn't have to pay for it, but that would encourage people to go and pirate great games like Earthbound, which does not help anyone get Mother 3 released over here!

Sometimes, mainly when I know I have a huge paper to write, but decide to just take a short break before I begin. Just play a few little games. It'll only take a few minutes. No problem.

...2 hours later, I realize I'm totally screwed.
