Flying would be cool, but being a real-life Hiro would be even better ;P. Besides, it would mean I'd never be late to university lectures again :D.

Teleport. If I felt like flying I would just teleport really high and free-fall for a bit, then teleport back down.

Flying would be more fun but teleporting more discreet. Flying won't do you much good when you are caught and experimented on.

As for other factors, teleporting is faster but requires preparation to avoid accidents (inside wall, being seen etc.) but wouldn't allow proper flight - even if you teleported high you would still end up falling at terminal velocity and have to arrange some safe means of slowing down and stopping.

In short flying=more fun, teleporting=more practical.
So teleporting.

Hmm... it really depends on how fast you fly but assuming you could fly at a fast pace (I was comparing the flying and instant transmission in dragon ball z) I think flying would be more fun and fast enough.

I'd fly. I mean, with teleporting you can't do any awesome stuff in the sky. Plus, I can't pass up the chance for being a fly-by armoured superhero.

Teleportation doesn't give you the need for windshield wipers for all the flies on screen or in your teeth.

Then again, Teleportation might hurt like hell...

Flight, for the freedom to fly mainly... and because, if you've played Unreal Tournament and used the teleporter, you'll know that if you jump off something and then teleport on to flat ground, you still take the fall damage. So, if you're falling off a building and you teleport to the ground, you'll still fuck yourself up. Unless it's like that Star Trek bullshit, where you just immediately stop and all the force just goes away.

Flight. If neither tires me out, then I must have an infinite supply of energy to continue flying. If thats the case, then flight would be easier to harness as a power source.

Teleportation its faster and more safe
But if you do it to far away you might end up infront of a speeding train or some other fast object depending on the teleport rules if you only appear where air is or not you could end up with insects in your lungs or worse.

Though flight of course would have hazards too I'd prefer flight unless it's Night Crawlers teleportation.
