EDIT: thinking back now a lot of the jokes in those shows about celebrities and pop-culture remind me a bit of Family Guy now. Anyone else get that a bit?

Can't say I noticed that, but I did have a 'South Park copied this' moment during the episode with Mister Hand. Compare that to the episode where Cartman pretends his hand is Jennifer Lopez and they even used some of the exact same jokes.

God I miss that show, as well as Pinky and the Brain and Anamaniacs. Better days. Oh, if anyone is interested Nickolodeon will be showing reruns of Invader Zim in March. So be sure to watch and show Nickolodeon what big mistake it was to cancel it.

I remember when I was like 12 years old getting up for school at 6:30 in the morning and before heading off to the bus I would watch cartoons like Ahhhh Real Monsters and Rocko's Modern Life and then coming home at 3:00 and watching Freakazoid and Pokemon. I miss good cartoons and not the shit that's out now. If I have kids, I'm making them watch this and not what will be out in 15 or so years. Freakazoid was one of the best cartoons ever and it's on my top 10 list. I will definitely have to find DVD's of that show somewhere.
