believer258's got some good advice.
I'd add that you should start saving money (or at least your parents should) so you can afford to go to a good school after you finish your primary education. For now, start figuring out how games actually work.
You should also do some research on the whole process of game development. How does a game go from being nothing but an idea to a finished product? How does a company decide they actually want to make a particular game? When they decide, what happens next? Who does what in the design process? Most games now are big projects that can only be created a team of people with expertise in different areas, doing many different jobs. It would help if you knew where you'd like to fit in to that whole process.
