Gameplay is the most important thing! That's why I still go back to my old PC games from way back when, such as Broken Sword, and Commander Keen!
Neither...its gotta be a combo tbh.The Almighty One said:Do you look for a game because the gameplay looks good or because the graphics look good?
Case in point, most play-station original games.Tartan_Ninja said:You sir, are thoroughly correct. Even if the game-play is good, if all I'm thinking while playing is "My GOD this looks awful", then I'm not going to enjoy the game, regardless of its game-play.NoMoreSanity said:I look for quality Game-play. But if the Graphics are so bad that it detracts from the experience, that is when Graphics become important.
Good one. Gameplay takes priority, but good graphics make everything a little better.Pielikey said:Gameplay and Graphics go hand in hand. Gameplay can make graphics look much better due to the action and immersion. Likewise, Graphics in a game like, GRID or Project Gotham allow the game to really show off the engine and look nice as cars go motion-blurringly-fast by. And also, the crashes look pretty in next generation graphics.
I still voted for gameplay though.
