your theory is rather strange and kind of a long shot, but would make a decent videogame story. I think aliens exist although idk if there are intelligent ones and that's mainly 'cause intelligent is hard to define. insects are arguably very intelligent because of the whole hive mind idea, any animal that has some sort of strategy for food gathering like hunting prey or getting that hard to reach nut is intelligent, or if you wanna go a step up from there pack animals are arguably very intelligent in that they have social skills and hunting prowess, or if you define intelligence by tool using that narrows it down a little better, but how advanced the tools? monkey level, caveman level, or ancient society level, then you have to ask if civilization is required for intelligence. You can argue that the peeps of mesopotamia who started growing wheat and thus starting civilization are smarter than the african hunter gatherers of the same time, but really they're exactly the same, they just have different niches. And now we have our level of intelligence and beyond. really there could be tons of intelligent life out there but i highly doubt any of it would reach the point of space travel, and if they could the fact that we can't find them means they're probably too far away to ever meet up with us.
Then again i've heard all the stories about alien coverups in america and the whole rosweld incident and the most realistic thing to have happened is that area 51 and hanger 18 are doing some illegal weapons development and such and either a hippie saw something he didn't understand and called it a crashed alien space ship or the government itself leaked the alien idea so people wouldn't accuse them of something else. really if aliens did show up i wish the government wouldn't cover it up because unless it's a weapon of war it's mostly in the public's rights to know. it's wishful thinking but i'd love to believe maybe the stray alien or two has visited us.
a little off topic but when watching a really stupid show about crop circles and this lady was trying to tie this spiritual thing into them i was just imagining a couple of aliens who made those circles watching that show and laughing their alien asses of at this lady.
i doubt ghosts exist, when you die you go to the afterlife, no in between and no escaping the afterlife. but ghosts is part of the bigger concept of supernatural and paranormal stuff, some of which is probably true, just not ghosts. and according to your EMF meter i can summon a ghost by coiling some electrical wire, muahaha!!
and there's this sort of saying which goes "magic is just science we don't understand yet." i believe in that.
