The whole thing is called a cartridge, whereas the bullet is the dark part that comes out of the barrel and hits the target. Not chewing you out or anything, just a heads-up.
So if asked you to pass me a bullet, you'd knock the tip off the cartridge and hand it to me? Or shoot me?
I'd aim my weapon at you and jokingly say, "Okay, where do you want it?"

I clean mine with my shirt, since I never bring my case with me since even though I can see ok without my glasses, I see no point in ever taking them off. Doesn't clean them perfectly, but I never notice most dirt on my glasses.

I have no idea what glasses I have and I have no easy way of taking a picture.
They nicely go with my hair. I had to go to a different optician to get new glasses when my old ones broke since I couldn't find any nice styles. But like magic in the new place the camp owner just immediately looked at my glasses, went to ones on display, and said "This or this".

I have the cleaning cloth that came in the case by my bed, and a different, smaller one in my wallet for out and about.

I use my shirt. Have since the first day I got these and the lenses are nearly two years old now. They have one tiny scratch that my daughter put on them.

I have been toying with getting a set of prescription Gunnars.

I went to Best Buy to look at them and they really do make a significant difference in clarity on a LCD screen. I won't however be buying them from Best Buy since I need a Rx for my astigmatism.

What about us superior people who don't wear glasses? Why isn't there an option for us?
Superior my ass, you know why I have problems with eyesight? My eyes' lenses are so powerful, I can't focus on far away shit. That's right, my eyes are simply too good for this Earth, the problem isn't with me, it's with physics. And me. But mostly physics. I'm like Superman on a planet of Kryptonite, only the planet is made of things that are slightly more than an arm's length away.

This is me wearing my glasses, about a year ago. I use my shirt to wash them, unless there's a one of those fancy swipey things in reach.

I used to use my shirt to wipe, but it does not really work well, gets smudgy and annoying marks on the glass which makes it glare in light from my computer screen
Maybe i am just too sweaty

Speaking of scratches, does anyone know if wiping with common house paper will scratch normal glasses over time?

I use a small cleaning cloth and cleaning solution. A clean handkerchief sometimes works too. Anything else leaves unbearable streaks on the lenses.

I use the little cloth though unless I don't have it around.
