As long as it isn't some ****** putting his name onto a wall, its ok.
I've seen some amazing graffiti from the most unlikely people.

weird. awhile back I read a book dedicated to america's best graffiti artist. half-of the guys started illegally (maybe that's because the book was about 90's artist? IDK).

I consider graffiti an art but it doesn't mean you should go gun-ho and turn your neighbor hood into your sketching sheet. especially if you don't have a warrant.

Banksy has proved to me that graffiti can be used as a tool to inspire and educate. I have three of his printed to canvass on my walls.

There's a fine line between Graffiti and Art. It's all a matter of Opinion. But yes, a lot of it is just scribbling on a wall with a Sharpe.
