I suppose that's true. XD
I am also a creature of awesomeness.

Ask one of my many followers.
Well of course your followers would say that, now wouldn't they?
Exclaiming the excellence of their leader is what followers do.
Especially yours, since they all seem to think they're your second in command.

I think everybody sees more flaws in their work than most others do, because unless you're very vain you'll be constsntly critiquing your work. Nothing's perfect and finding flaws is just a sign that you have the right mentality for a creative person.

I don't know whether to hate a lot of my work, so I put it up to one of my friends, who is probably the harshest critic I know.
That or I flip a coin on it.

Im told Im a very good writer. I personally think its bullshit since i hate everything I write. Im trying to expand onto song writing. If i thought that my writing is shit, my song writing is.... just horrific. I showed it to this one girl and she loved it though. I guess im too awesome to even realize it.

Mostly I draw gay porn. The crowd for that is supremely easy to please, but all that really means is that I have to pay close attention to my progress. Looking back on my old work makes me cringe and/or want to stab myself.

All the time. It also depends on my mood; the worse I feel, the harsher I criticise my own work.

Ignoring Max and his baby killing dreams... =/

I make games, which I would call my 'art'. I'm not the worst person I know when it comes to tearing apart my own creations but I'm very close. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy my games though!

Artists always hate their work, it's what drives them; if they didn't, they'd never strive to progress their talent, and will just end whoring out the same shit on DeviantArt all the time.

Even though there's several things I've made that I take pride in and I think are quite good, of course there's the failed attempts, the songs that don't quite feel right, the sig that doesn't blend right, the constant question of "Could I have done better?" or "Does this express exactly what I'm trying to do...?"

Of course there is some of it I dislike, but overall, anything I've made/produced/created ends up being some sort of learning experience, so there is good in all failures as well.

I found this incredibly funny for reasons I cannot explain.

I always find flaws in my writing, and it drives me to try to improve.
For example, I cannot write prose at all so I'm trying to practice it as much as I can.

Yep. It's quite unusual for me to like what I draw/paint/write/etc. My family, friends and art teacher say it's all really good, but... Meh.

Me and my friends produce and act in our own films/shows. At the moment we're doing a sitcom. And me and a friend are writing it, when we're writing it I love but the minute I see the finished production I hate it because its never quite as good as I feel it should be or i see how we could have done it better. Also we go over the script loads all the jokes loose any punch. But I figure if I get too pleased with myself the writing and humour will go stale and won't be funny/interesting.

I write a lot, and the ideas are good but half the time if I read through something before I'm finished with it, I have to restart or totally redo it because I find some minor flaw that I can't get past.

I've grown to both love and hate the music video my buddy made for me, because everyone constantly references it and it has gotten pretty stale with me. If you wanna see it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IObykt39Xsc

You can tell something like that is going to haunt you.

I hate everythig I draw...because I can't draw. I HATE writing, but people say that I am good at it, so I try to outlast my hate long enough to see if that is true. I still haven't succeeded.
