Yes, I have 6 of them. I have Mario, Link, Zelda, Samus, Pikachu, and Bowser. I'm beginning to wonder why I bought them though.
Try living in Canada. It's quite literally impossible to get Rosalina without importing either from the US or overseas.CrystalShadow said:I guess it must suck being in the US.
To be fair, I have yet to see a rosalina anywhere.LordLundar said:Try living in Canada. It's quite literally impossible to get Rosalina without importing either from the US or overseas.CrystalShadow said:I guess it must suck being in the US.
And no, I don't just mean they're that rare. I mean it is literally impossible to get without importing or getting from scalpers. And the Imports from Japan are cheaper.
Well keep in mind I'm not talking in terms of rarity, I mean Canada is not getting any Rosalina amiibos shipped at all.CrystalShadow said:To be fair, I have yet to see a rosalina anywhere.
Huh. Well... That sucks, to put it mildly. XDLordLundar said:Well keep in mind I'm not talking in terms of rarity, I mean Canada is not getting any Rosalina amiibos shipped at all.CrystalShadow said:To be fair, I have yet to see a rosalina anywhere.
See, in North America Rosalina is officially a Target exclusive. This applied to both Canada and the US because there were target stores up here when it was announced. Then a funny thing happened, Target closed all their Canada stores. The liquidation date was roughly the same day as the amiibo wave 3 launch which was the one with Rosalina. Despite being informed, Nintendo never did lift the exclusivity that Target has in Canada (probably contractual agreement or something. So officially, NO store in Canada is getting any Rosalina amiibos unless they import.
I imported my Rosalina simply because at $35 it was STILL cheaper than getting it from the States. Importing is also how I snagged my ZSS amiibo despite it not being officially released in NA for another month yet.![]()
