The night after I had seen The Mummy, I dreamt that one of those flesh beetle, except that it was thrice as big, starting going Om Nom Nom on my foot. I could've sworn that the pain was real....

Actually one of the first dreams I can still remember from my childhood was of me being picked up by a large dragon/tyrannosaurus rex and impaled on one of its massive teeth. I woke up mid-stab with my back arched as far as I think was possible and a terrible pain in one of the muscles running along my spine.
Quite the experience, since it happened many odd years ago and I still remember it vividly.

Do those moments when you fall off a cliff or slam into a wall and wake up in a shock count?

I probably have, I just don't remember right this very second.

I have died in a dream once. Had a building collapse on top of me, after my 'death' it was pitch dark and all I can remember is my mentally screaming to wake myself up.

Which proves that dying in dreams means dying in reality false, unless I created some sort of fluke.

Whenever you have the sensation of falling while sleeping, you immediately wake up.

I've had several rather vivid and morbid dreams throughout my childhood. I've died more times than I can count, and have felt all of them. I've been gored, eaten, crushed, fallen off buildings, etc. All of them hurt. A lot. But the pain goes away when I wake up.

I actually haven't seen Inception, I've just read about how that is one of your body's defense mechanisms.

I can feel just about anything my twisted mind cooks up in a dream.

Shot in the head? I can feel it all. Being torn apart by something? I can feel it. The worst pains I get are when I fall from a great height or I'm stabbed.

Yeah, my dreams are kinda messed up.

When I was much younger, my two front teeth were knocked out by landing face-first onto a wrought-iron fence. A couple of days ago, I had a dream which made my body relieve that feeling of having my teeth cave-in from force; the dream made it feel very real like it happened again. Though, to be honest, the feeling wasn't of pain it was more a just very sickening bludgeoning feeling.

I've actually had the sensation of falling where your stomach feels like butterflies and shit AND I've hit hte floor in one of my dreamsm luckily there was no pain in falling since I was in a giant, inflatable playground in my dream but I DID get that weird sensation of falling and NOT waking up, although weird shit in the dream happened immediately after that, though i only know bits and pieces, or at least can describe.

I have often had dreams where for whatever reason I ended up falling off a cliff and then while i'm falling I have sort of a pain in my stomach as if it's being pushed against really hard and when I wake up it still hurts for a few seconds/minutes.

It was either my cat or that syndrome where you forget to breathe in your sleep, but I dreamed that a giant-ass tarantula was attacking me.
Were you thinking of sleep apnea?

Well, I don't really feel pain, but I feel weightlessness, and when I wake up after a "flying" dream, I fall back onto the bed... which is kind of weird...

I remember waking up from emotions myself, although it's always either crying or laughing, I've had some really, REALLY funny dreams that make me wake up cracking up, and I notice "Well, gee willickers that WAS a good joke!" SO I laughed some more. (Before anyone judges me, silence, I'm the OT) Once I had this dream where there ninja sliced bread assassins, that's right it was white, sliced bread wearing different colored bandanas like TMNT except they all carried AK-47s and they were in the sewers killing EVERYONE they saw, cause apparently everyone lived in the sewers in my dream.
