Poll: Help me pick a skin

Okay ladies and gents. Long story short I got a new Kindle today so I'm trying to pick out a new skin. Rather than just pick one I figured I would get some opinions this time around, maybe make it a bit more interesting (plus I can't order it til my new credit card gets here!)

I am also up for some suggestions though I ask you keep it to the same general designs (High fantasy and the like) and on either Amazon or Skinit.

I like the angel and the knight/dragon one, but snce there can only be one, I'd say go with whichever you think will look cooler longer.

The tree and the Black and White Dragon are both very cool. The Tree is slightly classier so that got my vote, but I would be hard pressed to choose between them as I love dragons a great deal.

I'd go with the tree, since people are much more interested in potential symbolism than a big lizard, and therefore more likely to find you interesting.

The tree. Much less busy and gaudy than the other four. The Black and White dragons would be my #2 pick, but they're a little over-done and "posing for effect" for my standards.

As for the others:
the angel screams "I'm a lonely guy who enjoys a little illustrated ass-cleavage"
the knight screams "I'm someone who needs non-stop action-entertainment just to get by"
and the skulls scream "I love Ed Hardy designs"

OT: The tree, definitely.
The others, don't get me wrong, i love dragons as much as any other, just aren't as stylish.

I was leaning towards the tree for several of the reasons people stated and if I hadn't put this up, likely would have chosen that one. My PSP has a dragon skin on it but that seems more appropriate. Voting is still open of course, like I said I can't order it for a couple days anyways sooooo.

Yea, the problem though is that if a skin is too light or bright it makes it somewhat challenging to read. The colors just distract from the book itself. The Angel and the Red Dragon/Knight are borderline in that aspect.

Black and white dragons actually looks pretty cool, as does the tree. The skull one is horrendous, you'd be bored of it in no time. Can't unsee the wikipedia logo on the skull one.

Those two pictures don't actually show how they "wrap around" so I can't tell; But the tree seems to be doing good in that regard since it has smooth, dark gradients on either side of the screen instead of bright, sharp Imagery.

Can you pick a custom skin or something? Cause I would just get something with a dark consistent tone and a single good/interesting picture on the back.

You can get custom ones at skinit which I may end up doing if I can do something like you suggested. Generally speaking, however, most of the skins are exact copies front and back so I dunno.

The tree is the only half-way tasteful choice.

Dragons have been ruined by those shirts that big fat party animals wear.

That tree is damn beautiful. Really elaborate, detailed things are nice, but sometimes simplicity just wins.
