Poll: Hero or overlord/villian?

would you rather be the hero of the people that has done something so great you will be greatly remembered for the rest of time or alternatively the overlord of all humanity with more power than has ever existed

Overlord. However, thats in a game (e.g.Fable III). In real life I would like to be a Hero, rather that a tyrant.

I'd like to be evil for once. I'm guessing I'd come off more as annoying than evil, but everyone has to start somewhere.

I would probably be a hero, because I don't have a good idea of how to be an evil dude.

Overlady. But I'm the nice sort! Sure, there won't ever be elections, and I'll live in a giant palace, but I'd get things done to improve the quality of life! No more awful looking buildings, a half-decent public transport network, research into automating the menial jobs so that the fine minds of my empire can be freed for other pursuits. Things wouldn't be so bad, I don't think.

Especially not for me. Did I mention the palace?
