The radio.

Weather might be important considering acid rain might be involved, that would really ruin my day. News mostly so I know what in the nine levels in hell is going on.

How come the game boy comes with only 1 game but the win95 computer can have every decent pc game that it can run?

I chose the empty notebook. >_> Because I'd like to be one of those random corpses with a bit of information some future protagonist might need in order to get an idea as to what the heck happened.

Notebook. That's all I'd need. I can sit for hours on end just doodling and doodling and doodling.

Because I forgot to mention that it only has the games that comes with the OS like Solitaire.

Also, the computer is a clunky old desktop. The 'advantage' of having the Game Boy is the ability to take it with you.

Notebook for sure. Something bad happened? I'll definitely want to write my thoughts down. Something bad happened? Not guarantee that I'll have electricity so most of those other forms will work, sporadically at best. Not to mention all the other things you can do with a writing implement and a piece of paper.

Computer, assuming I can load other software on it - then I can create music, replace the empty notebook, play games, watch movies / TV...

Not sure about the Win95 hate - I lived through it, it wasn't that bad. Still played lots of games and connected to the net without issue.

While the notebook is tempting (flexible type of entertainment), i think i'll stick to a Game Boy and Pokemon Yellow, i KNOW it will entertain me for hours (for weeks/months if i attempt to catch all pokemon available in the version)

Maybe the notebook, game boy or the radio, altough I think I would smash it as soon as they started playing the swedish top music, because that shit sucks if you're not a braindead teenage girl (probably) we call them "fjortisar" here in Sweden =)

Probably the notebook (and pen).

i'd go Game Boy, game of choice Pokemon Blue, i could play that time and time again with different pokemon. 12 batteries may be a problem but i will make the most of them

Tough choice between TV and Radio. If the notebook had more pages or if I had minimal access to the Internet, this would be a different story, but I'm going with the Radio.I'd appreciate having the local news at that time and to the best of my knowledge, radio is harder to knock out than television. Besides, what's wrong with the oldies? Nothing wrong with Sinatra!
