Has he been in any video games at all? I'm just wondering, but I don't believe so. If he hasn't, then he doesn't count, though I'm in agreement with you for "greatest robot ever".

Not that I can think of, but I remember HK-47 primarily as the one who best summed up why I hate moral choice systems in RPGs.
Most if not all evil options are on the level of "I drop my trousers and whiz on the king!", but at least HK was able to play that for laughs.
