Poll: How did you become an escapist?

I usually here about how people are usually brought to this site by Zero Puncuation and I was wondering the actual stats.
I was brought here by apocaplypse lane how bought you?

PS sorry about limited options but I can't post all the series.

Just for the record this thread has been done many times before. If didn't come up in search fair enough but it has been done. Also if you didn't do a search do one the next time.

OT: I was brought by ZP recommended by a friend back when he only had 1 page of reviews and I stayed for the community. If it wasn't for the community I would have left here long ago as ZP has gone stale for so long.

Kept hearing about a fellow names Yahtzee, didn't think much of it, then I just kept hearing the name on other sites about him being an unbiased critic. I eventually went on to look Yahtzee up, found the first vids on youtube, looked around for more, couldn't find any save for one with Yahtzee saying he'd moved, then I found The escapist. I found the escapist when ZP was on the Eve online review. I just lurked around for a while before joining.

Someone thought he was unbiased?

I found out because Shamus Young of TwentySided had a link to a Zero Punctuation Video. And then I noticed that list of forum topics on the right hand side and...yeah.

I saw a link on another site, Defuct Games if I remember right, and came on over. I lurked for a few months before actually joining up.

I started watching zero punctuation and then got into unforgotten realms, unskippable and doomsday arcade. It wasn't until about 3 months after I started watching these series that I made an account and started posting.

I watched Zero Punctuation over a year (maybe two or more) before starting my account.
I might have gone Gonzo by now, but I just did not want anything to do with forums, just recently I found this one was mostly cool and joined up.
