Here in the UK, very few people take 'cream'. I've been to the USA and had coffee with cream (much better than the stuff you get here in Blighty), and it's very different here. In the UK, we just use milk. I mean, fine, people have milk instead of cream in the US too, but even so...

Anyway, I tend to have one sugar and a big dash of milk. The sweeter and milkier my coffee is, the better. Unless I'm at a coffee shop (the above preference is for when I'm at home puring myself a cuppa). When I'm out and about I tend to prefer a large latte, with two sugars. Note, I mean large, NOT grande or whatever Italian words the Starbucks people use. I prefer to go to smaller indie coffee shops, not the big chain ones. Call me pretentious if you want, but there's just such a nicer atmosphere in smaller indie places. Plus, they're much better for meeting hot indie girls in ;D.

First thing in the morning I have a sweet Short Black.

Additional morning coffees are 1 sugar Caffe Lattes.

After noon I drink Macchiato and the sugar varies, no more than 2 though.

The idea of actual cream in coffee makes me feel a little ill to be honest.

Sooo I don't fit on the poll.

SWEETENER FOR THE SWEETENER THRONE! It really depends on what I have in my house. Right now I'm out of milk and creamer, but I have sweetener so I put in a pinch of that. If I don't have anything, then black it is. I'm not too picky.

Starbucks peppermint shot-thing with tonnes of cream and sugar. Yes I know I'm a disgusting person :)

I'm more of a tea person.

I like enough cream/milk to bring the coffee to a medium brown color, with enough sugar to make it fairly sweet. As for the coffee itself, before I put in the cream and sugar, the stronger the better -- some of the best cofee I've ever had has been what was left at an event after about 12 hours in a percolator. I'm a wimp compared to my little sister, who was drinking coffee so bitter it would pucker up a trucker's face back when she was 13. Of course, I generally drink Mountain Dew or Vault soda instead of coffee -- if I need a quick wakeup, I usually don't have time to brew a decent pot.

I like my coffee how I like my women: half-and-half (CREAM FOR THE CREAM GOD) but uncomfortably strong.

I love high-concentration coffee.

Lots of sugar, multi cups, condensed milk. maybe a splash of vanilla if its not strong.

remember, if you dont drain half the pot, your doing it wrong.

People put cream in it?! Do you mean full cream milk or just straight up cream? Is that nauseating? Interesting.
I had some when I was in Russia and it just came across as... bitter, undrinkable. The stuff I had labelled itself as 20% fat, so it's not normal milk, certainly...

Odd. Very odd.

Soy milk. No sugar.
Vanilla soymilk = makes coffee and cereal that much more awesomer.

Other than that, light and sweet if it's not available.

I drink a lot of coffee at work (offshore rotation) but when I'm home I don't touch it at all.

No sugar, no cream, black.

I'm more of a tea drinker but catch me before a double shift and I'm drinking a liquid blacker than printer ink.
