Usually Windows Vista, though occasionally on either my Blackberry or PS3 if I'm just planning on watching a video or reading an article or two.

My internet box (assuming modem) is near my cable outlet in my room. One computer is near modem and other is wherever I felt like using it last, usually living room, or in roomate's room if he's using it.

I see no problem with XP. It plays more CD-ROM games than 7 does. Which is really depressing, because I just acquired the greatest of all old games, Backyard Baseball. I'm on the Escapist to ease the pain, on my desk under my loft bed.

On a Vista laptop mainly, I'll look on my smartphone too if I'm on the PS3 all day.

My box? Why my box comes with me where ever I decide to sit.
