I'll have it anyway above medium. But my favourite is extra crispy, in a sammich with chicken and mayo. Salty Baconny Crunch, Soft Chickeny Squishyness and a bit of mayo to stop it being totally dry. Mmm-mmmmm.
Not particularly strange, methinks. My favourite meat is chicken, though I still eat red meat I much prefer white.
Anyway, I prefer my bacon fairly crispy, but also quite chewy. Preferably with egg, sausage, mushrooms, fried bread (or eggy bread, also known as 'Gypsy Toast'), and brown sauce on the side for dipping .
