the Idea of the "virgin" is completley outdated anyway Virginity is not somthing special or "a gift" (note how those two Only really apply if your a woman....double standard)
Having been the "first" for two virgins, I vehemently disagree.
please explain?

do you mean that YOU found it more enjoyable because they were virgins? (I mean in the case of the girl being the virgin)

or do you mean they or you found it to be a more deep experience or somthing like that?

I don´t view virgins any diffrent then normal people.

However, i view the people around the person as assholes for not giving him any.

How does that sound?

They are.

Or as the French say: C'est la vie, Such is life.

Or even as the Americans say: Shit happens.

Life is too complicated to summarize in words, like say "virgin", just accept it for what it is, even if none of us really know what it is.

I view them as a prize, something not on your list!
The more infidels i kill, the more i'll have waiting for me when i inevitably die.

I don't see them as anything related to their sexual life. Take me, for example- I do not believe myself to be especially pathetic, I am in no way innocent and I do not plan on "getting any" at any point- Some people just don't want to have sex.

So, you can't really make a judgement of any kind based purely on the knowledge that the person in question has not had sex yet, there can be more than one reason.

I'm not about to judge anyone based solely on their sex life. Seeing as I'm a virgin, I have to say it isn't the end of the world that I haven't had sex yet.

B) in that around 15-18 age group in which it's still considered socially acceptable to still be a virgin in Britain, in which case, I suggest they hurry. If they don't do it before 18, they never will, as there are very few who would ever go for a relationship with a virgin after that.

C) like me, were just too damn ugly to do it before 18. In which case, they're possible allies. As that fish dude said in Hellboy, "us freaks have to stick together, he'll if we don't, the "normal", 90% psychotic towards abominations like me majority of society might just kill us all.
Especially point B is utter BS, you'll upset people for no reason if you say crap like that..there's nothing about being a virgin that makes you unapproachable for relationships in any way.
Do you live in Britain? If not I can see why you believe that. If you do live here, then haven't you noticed how everythings went to hell? "normal" people round here lose their damn virginity before they've even figured out algebra. If you don't then you're a freak, their words not mine, join the club.

I ain't trying to upset people, matter of fact, im trying to protect people. Imagine a freak like me asking a "normal" girl out, normal people kill for less important reasons. You either learn their rules and you might just stand a chance of changing things, or you die. I tried several times before I learned that.

Well now, I'm a virgin still. I'm well over 20, and I don't really care.
In part, it's because I haven't (really, I'm not kidding or trying to sound like a prude or something) found anybody I'd want to do it with. That, I guess, relates to the fact that I have a hard time opening to anyone in any way, so to speak. Sex, to me, seems like something where you really can't keep to yourself. So I can't, and really don't want to, even consider something like a "bit of fun" for a night, it just seems horribly impossible for me.
If it ever happens, it needs, simply to work, to be with a person I feel comfortable with and actually, really trust. I'm going to be stiff (har har har, yeah, no), nervous and more than likely a bit nauseous, so some random pretty face just wouldn't work.

That, and as naive and stupid as this may sound, I really don't see the point of sex for the sake of sex. It should be something more, a consequence and not a goal. Even if I managed to make it work with someone inconsequential, I think I'd just feel emptier afterwards. It would be meaningless. I don't want meaningless.
Shit, I dunno, I'm sounding like a wuss I'm sure, but I really can't see sex being so goddamn incredible no matter who it's with. I mean, I have two hands, here, and a lot of stimulation material if I feel like looking at any. I really don't think adding another warm body to the mix is going to make everything so goddamn incredible. That another warm body needs to be someone.

So, in short, I think sex shouldn't just be about sex. If that makes any sense.

I don't really have any intentions of having sex.
Though that's a matter of my being asexual, I am in a way quite innocent.

For guys it's usually lack of determination to have sex, yes you do haveto work for it.

For girls it's usually irrational near fanatic fear and hatred of the act that keeps them virgins, no it is not hard to get sex for a girl, the bare minimum requirement is breathing... hell you don't even haveto do that.

I understand why people are/remain virgins, but they are missing out on a very fun experience.
I do however avoid virgin girls, I tried to deal with that twice sofar and those are probably the most horrible experiences of my life.

I don't really see virgins. Sexual experience is usually such a small part of what a person is, so I do not really care.

In the dark, through the curtains.

:p

More seriously though, I think the majority of people take sex WAY too seriously. As long as the participants know what they're doing (i.e. past 14/15 and have had some decent education), by all means have fun.

Don't take chances, use protection, and make sure the other party is well aware of your motivations/intentions. As long as nobody's going to get their feelings demolished when it's over, have fun.

The more aware of options you are, the better you know yourself, and the more open you are able to be with your partner, the better. Which is why I have no problem with people playing around. The idea that you should save yourself for marriage and only ever sleep with that person might be intended to make sure you don't know what's out there, but all it actually achieves is ensuring that you wonder what's on the other side of the fence.

Far better (to me anyway) to have experienced it and know where you stand. Even if your permanent partner (should you find one) is less "skilled" than a previous partner, the emotional boost you get from the attachment to that person will more than cover the skill difference.

Being a virgin myself(At least at the time of writing), who cares?

I chose to wait with getting a girlfriend until 21 anyways. Gives me time for things I like most at the moment; Living my life.

I look in the mirror.

Trololololol.

In all seriousness, virgins can be any of the above, really. I'm a virgin purely because I'm not really interested. There's porn for that.

Well I'd say that they are just like anyone else just haven't had sex yet.
Not really a big deal, no reason to look at them differently form non-virgins.
