Poll: how does pacman move?

You have made an elementary mistake, Pacman has never moved, through sheer will power he moves the rest of the world...

I stopped reading after this, because this is clearly the most logical explanation. Good show!

So how does he see where he goes? Plus Pac-Man is blocking him as far as the 2d dimensions are concerned. Maybe they're telapathic?

just because his eyes are black does not mean he cant see, demon's eyes are supposedly black doesn't mean they walk into walls

Obviously he makes multiple pan dimensional jumps, hence why ghosts can attack him. We normal humans cannot be harmed by ghosts, but due to pacman's ability to move through spectre space, he leaves himself vulnerable to the forces of the dead.

Well actually im sure you'll all be interested to know how he actually moves.

He uses his Psychic powers to control the mind of anyone nearby and uses them to manipulated a Joy stick. This then moves the universe around him and he is able to reach his objectives. If however Pacman doesn't like his host he steals a teleportation device to leave the area from a ghost. This takes a few tries as they are only designed to send ghost back to the centre. That explains why some people are good and others bad.
